Our Best-Selling Fish of the Week! (October 2026 #1)
It’s been another exciting week in store, with plenty of fish heading to their new homes! From vibrant shoaling fish to striking livebearers, our customers have been choosing some fantastic additions for their aquariums.
Every week brings a few surprises, and this week was no exception. We’ve seen some familiar favourites return to the Top 5, while one species has made a huge leap up the charts to claim the number one spot!
So, without further ado, here are our Top 5 Best-Selling Fish of the Week!
5th Place - Albino Cherry Barbs

Making their debut on this week’s chart are our Albino Cherry Barbs! These small, eye-catching fish have been incredibly popular in store, thanks to their striking colouring and compact size. A fantastic choice for adding a splash of colour and activity to a community aquarium.
4th Place - Cardinal Tetra

The ever-popular Cardinal Tetra has made its way back into the Top 5 this week!
Often described as the bigger and brighter cousin of the Neon Tetra, Cardinals are instantly recognisable thanks to their vivid blue and red colouring. Kept in a shoal, they create a fantastic splash of colour as they move around the aquarium together.
A long-standing favourite with aquarists, it’s no surprise to see the Cardinal Tetra back on the list.
3rd Place - Orange ‘Sunkist’ Shrimp

Our Orange ‘Sunkist’ Shrimp climb one place this week to take third! Their vibrant orange colouring makes them a real standout in any aquarium, particularly among lush green plants. They’ve also cemented their place as our best-selling shrimp in store by far, proving just how popular these little orange guys are with our customers.
2nd Place - Neon Tetra

Holding firm in second place are the ever-popular Neon Tetras!
Few fish are as instantly recognisable as the Neon Tetra, with their brilliant blue and red colouring making them a staple in community aquariums. Their peaceful nature and shoaling behaviour also make them a firm favourite for aquarists looking to add movement and colour to their tanks.
Despite plenty of competition this week, the Neon Tetra has once again proved just how popular it remains.
1st Place - Molly

And soaring all the way to number one this week are the Mollies!
After finishing at number five last week, Mollies have overtaken every other species in the shop to climb straight to the top of the charts!
We had a fantastic shipment of Mollies arrive this week, including a few Gold Dust Mollies remaining from last week, alongside Red Sailfin, Black Lyretail and Dalmatian Mollies.
From bold and colourful varieties to more unusual patterns, there has been plenty to choose from. With such an amazing variety of colours and patterns available, it’s no surprise they’ve taken the top spot!
